You do not need a referral to see the doctors at Pearl, though we welcome them as an opportunity to collaborate with your regular GP and understand your health comprehensively.
Initial appointments are preferably face to face as a foundation for your care and the human connection we value. Telehealth is available for follow-ups as required.
Payment is processed via credit card at the time of booking, and medicare rebates are automatically refunded on the day of your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Reminders will be sent one week and 48 hours prior to your appointment. We understand brain fog and plan changes but kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
Failure to inform us of your cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee.
“No shows” to appointments or failure to inform us of your cancellation will result in a 100% fee.
